You must submit an application to the township clerk in order to receive an absentee ballot. You may submit your application online by clicking on this link: https://mvic.sos.state.mi.us/avapplication
If you would prefer to fill out a paper application, click on this link: https://www.michigan.gov/documents/sos/AVApp_535884_7.pdf Sign the application once it is complete. You may take a picture of it with your phone and email it to email@example.com. Be sure to send it as a high resolution pdf or jpeg file and that your signature is visible. You may also mail it to the clerk at 9033 S. 48th Ave., Montague, MI 49437.
